Crisis in Germany: how to protect yourself from contractual risks: Upi webinar

The economic situation in Germany is difficult: many companies, particularly in the industrial sector,
are facing problems related to a decline in orders, increased bank financing costs and insolvencies.
For Italian suppliers and business partners, this translates into an increased risk of delays and breaches of contract,
which can also lead to non-payment.
To explore the tools available to companies to protect themselves in a targeted manner from these risks,
the Parma Industrialists’ Union has organised a webinar for Wednesday 12 November at 10 a.m..
Through the intervention of Roland Plecher, lawyer, Upi consultant, specialising in Italian-German commercial relations,
companies will be able to obtain practical advice on how to make commercial relations with German partners more secure.
Among other topics, issues such as solvency checks, the correct use of the various options for retaining ownership and methods
of contractual protection, as well as the correct response in the event of late payments and breaches of contract, will be addressed
in order to be able to take effective, rapid and legally secure measures. Practical guidance will also be provided on communication
and documentation to strengthen your legal position.
In addition, Upi member companies will be able to book a dedicated online B2B meeting for specific in-depth discussion.
